Article about Estate Agents

There was an article in a popular newspaper about Estate Agents.It said ,estate agents operate from a cubicle office and are rude many times.The journalist probably had a bad experience which compelled him to write this.Some of them are true in fact,people who have zero knowledge about real estate have the audacity to call themselves "agents".They work as part time electricians,tour operators,model co- ordinators,paanwalas etc and are supposed to be know it alls.What they fail to realize,real estate requires complete dedication and knowledge about the market.These Fly by the night operators feel contacting professionals who are well versed with the nitty gritties of this business makes them one too.If the deal clicks through ,they are the first ones to claim their share.The Hard work is done by others and they take the spotlight.There are some who feel they own the agents just because they are paying commission.In order to gain respect you have to earn one.
